Who Can Join?
To Qualify for Membership, an individual must have met all of the following
criteria:
- Active employment in the field of commercial real estate for
a minimum of 5 years. Our Bylaws identify the "field of commercial real estate" as professional services in
the investment in, ownership, development or operation of income-producing property, including land, and improvements to the
land and rights to use them, for business purposes."
- Two verifiable references within the commercial real estate industry.
References are required to be from sources other than the applicant's current employer. Current CREW Members and/or
Board Members are eligible references.
- Attendance
at a previous CREW meeting or function.
- Submission
of full membership fees at time of application.
